All work and no play…

The Waterfall in Crawfordsburn Country Park.  On the doorstep for many of us, however I suspect that not many of us go and see how breathtaking it is. 

I also learned of a place recently called Island Hill, near Newtownards, accessible only at low tide.  It too is supposed to be beautiful, and as it’s within running distance of where I live, it seems like an achieveable bucket list entry right there.

It’s good to take time out and explore what is very close at hand.  In technical terms it helps to ‘boost one’s wellbeing’, that helps with all sorts of things…and it also helps if like me you just love it!
