That Was the Week That Was
In the words of the late, great David Frost, ‘That Was the Week That Was’.On Saturday morning I was ‘rear ended’ in a hit and run by a stolen car…not to be recommended. On Sunday I had a fantastic run over part of the Mourne Half Marathon course with a group of close friends – what a fantastic way to spend the day. I ran with my club on Monday night and on Wednesday we did hills as part of my speedwork session, and I’ve been sore ever since. Even my arms are sore! Love it!
Work wise it was all ISO9001 improvements and up-grades to the 2015 version and I successfully helped companies that employ 3, 10, 100 and over 200 employees, each in a different market sector. I’ve been from South Dublin to the North Coast and a number of towns in between.
The week has flown by, and its back to Parkrun tomorrow. Will get back to my PB time…if I can just stop eating the chocolate…
